Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ulhasnagar. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, writing posts and captions, optimizing content for different platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams to understand ongoing projects, develop campaigns that highlight company initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand guidelines. The role also includes community management, responding to comments and queries, and staying updated on social media trends relevant to the infrastructure and construction industry.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
• Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to create clear, engaging, and accurate content.
• Experience with Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning posts with business objectives.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to track performance and optimize activities.
• Ability to work on-site in Ulhasnagar and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in managing social media for brands, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
