Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and agile Project Manager with a solid background in the Healthcare domain to lead projects across diverse healthcare initiatives along with compliance driven data management solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in managing Delivery, Operations, and Production Support clients, coupled with expertise in managing large-scale healthcare projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. The candidate should possess strong expertise in project management processes, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and delivering results in a deadline-driven environment. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, familiarity with healthcare standards/regulations, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end configuration project lifecycle, from planning to final delivery including YoY maintenance and support ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with production support needs.

Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve production system issues promptly.
