Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Create, manage, and execute monthly and weekly content plans.
• Publish high-quality content across all social media platforms according to schedule.
• Coordinate with content creators and graphic designers to ensure timely production of engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas to improve audience engagement.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain strong customer engagement through social media interactions and WhatsApp broadcast communications.
• Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and company events.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, digital marketing best practices, and platform guidelines.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve social media performance, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
