About the Role We're hiring someone who can own both the organic social media strategy and the paid performance marketing engine for our client accounts — planning content calendars while also running and optimizing ad campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Coordinate with designers and video editors to brief and review content aligned to each platform's format and audience

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms

Manage campaign budgets, monitor CPL/CPC/CPA/ROAS, and continuously test creatives and targeting to improve performance

Track social media engagement metrics and community interactions; ensure timely responses

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports covering both organic growth and paid campaign results

Stay current with platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and emerging content formats/trends

Requirements

3–4 years of combined experience in social media management and performance/paid marketing

Hands-on experience running Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns with a track record of managing budgets

Robust grasp of social media content strategy, trends, and platform-specific best practices

Analytical mindset — comfortable reading campaign data and translating it into optimization decisions

Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite or similar)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
