About the job
Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee Biglys presence across key social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with target audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to improve performance. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to highlight farm-to-table stories, customer experiences, and new offerings, while responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close coordination with local teams and on-ground activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to develop compelling, audience-focused narratives and posts.Candidates should be able to shoot, edit and post high quality content.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, consistent brand representation and effective collaboration with internal teams.Experience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and performance tracking is beneficial.Familiarity with the food, hospitality, or farm-to-table sector is an advantage.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
