Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and create engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be camera-friendly, passionate about social media, and comfortable creating videos, visiting clients for testimonials, and building our brand online.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for content creation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.Create and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and videos.Plan and execute social media content calendars.Appear in videos and represent the brand on social media platforms.Visit clients to record video testimonials, success stories, and promotional content.Capture photos and videos for marketing campaigns and company events.Write engaging captions and optimize content for better reach and engagement.Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.Support digital marketing initiatives, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns (training can be provided).Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing practices.Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns.Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable speaking in front of the camera.Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.Creative thinking with an eye for visual content.Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools.Basic photography and videography skills are preferred.Willingness to travel within Surat for client visits and content creation.Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.Preferred Skills

Experience creating Instagram Reels and LinkedIn content.Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.Experience managing business social media accounts is a plus.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
