Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies.

Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Create monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.

Write engaging captions, blogs, website content, ad copies, and marketing materials.

Write scripts and content briefs for reels, promotional videos, and corporate shoots.

Plan and coordinate content shoots.

Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and brand collaborators.

Assign and coordinate work with video editors and graphic designers.

Drive the growth of our social media pages through creative and data-driven strategies.

Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media management and content writing.

Fluent in English and Malayalam (written and spoken).

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.

Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, AI tools, and social media analytics is an added advantage.
