Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager/Content Writer role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across various platforms, including creating, writing, and publishing engaging content tailored to target audiences.

The Social Media

Manager/Content Writer will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, optimize content for reach and engagement, and respond to audience interactions. The role includes coordinating with design and marketing teams, staying updated on digital trends, and ensuring brand voice and messaging remain consistent across channels. The person in this role will also contribute ideas for campaigns and help refine overall content strategy to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns and improve online visibility.
• Candidates should possess solid Writing and Content Strategy skills to plan, create, and refine compelling content across platforms.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear collaboration with internal teams and effective engagement with online audiences.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with analytics tools, basic graphic or video tools, and an understanding of current digital and social trends.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Bhubaneswar.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in managing brand social media accounts.
