Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Management Intern role in a hybrid setup, based in Uttarakhand, India, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support daily management of social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include assisting with content planning, drafting captions and short-form copy, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and collaborating with the team to ensure consistent brand voice. The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, researching trends and relevant legal topics, and suggesting creative ideas to grow audience reach and community interaction.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow online presence.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and accurate social content.
  • Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy to plan and organize posts aligned with brand goals and audience needs.
  • Basic understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and their best practices.
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and openness to feedback and learning.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Interest in legal topics and digital content is an advantage.
