Khojo Right Now Private Limited is a Startup India-recognized technology company building innovative digital solutions for businesses, communities, and government organizations. We are looking for a creative and execution-focused skilled who can manage social media, run performance marketing campaigns, and create engaging digital content using up-to-date AI tools. Roles & Responsibilities Manage and grow social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Plan, create, and publish engaging content calendars. Design creative graphics, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives. Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional videos for social media. Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). Generate leads through performance marketing campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports. Research market trends, competitors, and content opportunities. Use AI tools to improve content creation, marketing workflows, and campaign efficiency. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for content approvals and campaign execution. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in Social Media Management. Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads). Understanding of Performance Marketing concepts. Creative mindset with solid storytelling abilities. Graphic designing skills using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts is an added advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
