The role focuses on content creation, planning, publishing, engagement management, and performance tracking, while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of all social media tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media posts by designing visuals, writing captions, and producing videos or graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Plan, own, and manage the monthly social media content calendar in line with campaigns and priorities.
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts using social media management tools to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Manage daily engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions as per brand guidelines.
• Monitor relevant hashtags, trends, and conversations to improve reach and engagement.
• Research social media trends, competitor activity, and popular content formats.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
• Track and monitor social media performance metrics such as likes, shares, comments, reach, and follower growth.
• Prepare and share periodic social media performance reports with key observations and learnings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of creatives and content.
• Ensure all social media activities follow company quality standards and brand guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.
• Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple tasks.
