Social Media Influencer & Marketing Executive

Alexa Healthcare India Private Limited is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Influencer & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. Salary

₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos, reels, and short-form content.
• Write compelling scripts, captions, and content calendars.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media pages and accounts.
• Ensure daily content updates and consistent brand presence.
• Monitor social media trends and implement creative ideas.
• Increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Coordinate with the design and healthcare teams for campaign execution.
• Track performance using social media insights and analytics.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience in shooting and editing videos using mobile or DSLR cameras.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar software.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and script-writing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle content.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with influencer collaborations and digital marketing strategies.
