Social Media Executive & Content Creator

• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create, plan and publish engaging content, including reels, stories, posts and promotional creatives.
• Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
• *Come up with fresh, creative ideas for social media content, campaigns, reels and brand promotions.*
• *Design visually appealing social media creatives, posts and stories using Canva or other graphic design tools.*
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, especially in the fashion and apparel industry, and suggest ways to incorporate them into the brand's content.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation and execution.
• Monitor engagement, follower growth and overall social media performance.
• Contribute to increasing brand awareness, audience engagement and online reach.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, product details and orders through calls or messages.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
• *Handle additional day-to-day tasks and responsibilities as required, depending on business needs and priorities.*

## Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or a related field.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, reels and current social media trends.
• *A creative mindset with the ability to independently generate fresh content ideas and execute them.*
• *Knowledge of graphic designing and the ability to create attractive social media creatives, posts and promotional content.*
• Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, creative thinking and organisational skills.
• Ability to plan content and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good customer handling, communication and follow-up skills.
• Candidates with experience in the fashion or apparel industry will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and adapt to changing priorities in a startup environment.
