Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, capturing and editing photos and short videos of products and in-store activities, writing captions and posts that reflect the brand’s tone, and monitoring audience engagement. The role involves coordinating with the store team to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and events, while ensuring consistent visual and written messaging. The Social Media Content Creator will also track basic performance metrics, suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement, and stay informed about social media trends relevant to retail.

• Candidates should possess strong writing skills for captions and posts, with the ability to adapt tone and style to the brand and audience.
