Role & responsibilities We are looking for a social media & Marketing candidate who is genuinely passionate about content, brand storytelling, and digital growth. This is not a passive job you will be actively involved in shaping how Zovay shows up online from day one. You will work directly with the founder, get real responsibilities, and have your work seen by a real and growing audience. PLATFORMS YOU WILL WORK ON Instagram X (Twitter) Facebook LinkedIn WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Content Creation & Ideation Brainstorm and ideate content ideas aligned with Zovays brand voice, target audience, and campaign goals. Write captions, scripts, and copy for posts, reels, stories, and threads across all platforms. Create and edit visual content reels, carousels, static posts using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite. Stay on top of trends, memes, and cultural moments relevant to travel, stays, and lifestyle and adapt them to Zovays context. Social Media Management Assist in managing and scheduling posts across Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions and engage with the community in Zovays voice. Help maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure platforms are always active and fresh. Track post performance and share regular observations on what is working and what is not. Campaign & Marketing Support Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns around launch, offers, and key moments. Assist in influencer and creator outreach, identifying, reaching out, and coordinating collaborations. Help set up and monitor basic paid ad campaigns on Meta under guidance.
