SOC Tier 3 Security Analyst

Cloud Raptor is hiring a SOC Tier‑3 Security Analyst in Bangalore (onsite). Senior escalation role in a 24x7 SOC, leading advanced investigations, threat hunting, detection engineering, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across endpoints, cloud, and network.
• Develop advanced detection logic in Microsoft Sentinel & Defender XDR.
• Architect automated playbooks with Azure Logic Apps.
• Perform malware analysis, reverse engineering, and adversary TTP investigations.
• Mentor Tier‑1/2 analysts and advise on security posture improvements.
• Drive MXDR platform enhancements and SOC process optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ yrs SOC/IR/Threat Hunting/MXDR.
• Built SOC/MXDR capabilities from scratch.
• Expert in Microsoft Sentinel (KQL, analytics rules, ASIM).
• Deep Defender XDR expertise (Endpoint, Identity, O365, Cloud Apps).
• Detection‑as‑Code, CI/CD pipelines, MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
• Multi‑tenant SOC ops with Azure Lighthouse.
• Identity security with GDAP, Entra ID, Zero Trust.
• SOAR automation, playbooks/runbooks governance.
• Strong leadership in L1/L2/L3 SOC models, SLA workflows.
• Compliance: ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI‑DSS, NIST.

Certifications: SC‑200, SC‑100, AZ‑500, GCFA/GCIH, CISSP, OSCP.

Education: B.Tech/Engineering or MCA/BCA.
