SOC Analyst - Hyderabad (2+ Years) (India)

Key Responsibilities- Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools.- Analyze and investigate security incidents, alerts and suspicious activities.- Perform 24/7 security monitoring and incident triage.- Identify potential threats, vulnerabilities and indicators of compromise.- Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate security teams.- Perform log analysis across endpoints, networks, servers and applications.- Support incident response and security investigation activities.- Prepare and maintain incident reports and SOC documentation.- Follow defined SOPs, playbooks and escalation procedures.- Monitor and respond to security events within defined SLAs.Requirements- 2+ years of experience in SOC / Security Operations / Cybersecurity.- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, ArcSight, etc.- Knowledge of network security, TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS and endpoint security.- Understanding of common cyber threats, attacks and vulnerabilities.- Good knowledge of incident detection, analysis and response.- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, Security+, CySA+ are preferred.
