Site Supervisor – Civil

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating materials and manpower, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that construction work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, and site teams effectively.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality and progress of construction work.
• Ensure proper availability and utilization of construction materials and tools.
• Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, and work progress records.
• Monitor manpower requirements and allocate workers according to project needs.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical problems.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety rules and company procedures.
• Check completed work and coordinate necessary rectification.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure proper use of resources.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 01 to 05 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of residential and commercial construction activities.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to prepare daily reports, measurements, material records, and progress reports using MS Word and Excel.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of site safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
