Site Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site In-Charge with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction site management. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, supervising staff and contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, monitoring project progress, and reporting all site-related activities directly to the Project Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate and monitor site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers..
• Monitor daily progress and submit regular progress reports to the Project Head.
• Identify site-related issues, delays, and technical challenges and report them to the Project Head for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the planning, billing, purchase, quality, and safety teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure the availability and proper utilization of materials, manpower, machinery, and other site resources.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, execution errors, and quality issues.
• Maintain daily site reports, manpower attendance, material consumption records, and work progress documentation.
• Follow up on pending works, rectification activities, and project milestones.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, manpower, material requirements, and critical issues.
• Ensure proper coordination between different trades, including civil, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction site execution and management.
• Proven experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, quality control, safety procedures, and project coordination.
