About the Role

Rohan Corporation is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer / Project Manager with experience in civil construction to oversee site activities, manage project execution, and ensure projects are completed within the specified timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction site activities.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site workers.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor material requirements, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction practices.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage.
• Coordinate with management and provide regular project updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience in civil construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, estimation, and site execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools will be an advantage.
