Site Engineer – Billing

Role: Site Engineer – Billing

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify construction bills as per site measurements and work progress.

Handle quantity calculations and prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills for contractors.

Verify contractor bills against actual site work and approved drawings.

Conduct site measurements and maintain measurement books (MB).

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and billing teams.

Check material consumption, labour costs, and project expenses.

Prepare and maintain billing records, invoices, and supporting documents.

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budget reports.

Ensure billing accuracy as per BOQ, specifications, and contract terms.

Track payments, variations, and extra work orders.

Prepare regular billing and progress reports for management.

Required Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience in construction site billing and quantity surveying.

Knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, final bills, and measurement books.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Knowledge of construction drawings and estimation.

Understanding of civil construction materials and methods.

Solid numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
