Site Civil Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Jodhpur. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil works, including monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, planning and sequencing work, supervising site execution, managing stormwater and drainage solutions, and assisting in quality control and documentation. The role involves regular site inspections, resolving technical issues, reporting progress, and working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, collaborating with site staff, contractors, and consultants.
• Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of on-site activities.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related infrastructure solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with basic engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to document and report site progress clearly.
• Prior experience in site supervision or construction project execution is preferred.
