Salary: Upto 5.4 LPA only with target-linked bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and provide a welcoming experience to clients.
• Assist clients with class check-ins, bookings, membership packages, and service-related queries.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages and services.
• Contribute to studio revenue by achieving assigned sales targets.
• Maintain premium studio standards and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with instructors and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and build positive client relationships.
