Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Signage & Graphics Designers. The role involves conceptualizing and designing signage systems, environmental graphics, and branding elements for interiors and exteriors. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, creating layouts, selecting typography and color schemes, and preparing production-ready artwork for fabrication. Designers will collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to refine design solutions, ensure brand consistency, and address wayfinding and visibility requirements. The role also includes reviewing samples, coordinating with vendors, and making design adjustments based on technical and site constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.
• Ability to create Logo Design and Branding solutions that align with client identity and project objectives.
• Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility across different media and scales.
• Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
• Understanding of production processes for signage, materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Excellent visual communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work from concept to execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to respond to feedback and manage deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in signage or environmental graphics is an advantage.
