ServiceNow Tester

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Tester to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow testing, including both manual and automation testing methodologies. As a ServiceNow Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications through rigorous testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
• Perform manual testing and automation testing using tools such as Selenium and ServiceNow ATF.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects using version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Utilize testing tools such as SoapUI and REST for API testing and validation.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancements to ServiceNow workflows and business rules.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in ServiceNow testing, including knowledge of its modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD).
• Strong experience in manual and automation testing, particularly with Selenium and ServiceNow ATF.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
• Knowledge of API testing tools (SoapUI, REST).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
