ServiceNow Solution Architect- Remote (India)

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform with hands-on training and hands-on project delivery tasks
• Lead discovery workshops with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges, existing workflows, and desired outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and architectural / solution design documents
• Design and map out complex conversational flows, user journeys, and process automations, ensuring an intuitive and effective end-user experience.
• Serve as the technical advisor and subject matter expert on the Moveworks platform for both clients and internal teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals.
• Create and present solution proposals, mockups, and prototypes to articulate the value and functionality of proposed AI agents and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a solution architect, implementation consultant, or senior developer role, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP), authentication methods (OAuth, API Keys,
• JWT), and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Proficiency with Python programming for back-end software development
• Experience with enterprise applications like ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, Jira, or similar
• platforms.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts is a strong plus.

Functional Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a talent for deconstructing complex processes.
• Understanding of project management and working within a software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelors or master's in computer science or similar areas
• U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services company
• Development experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)
• Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projects
