We would like you to bring along

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, and CMDB implementations.
• Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal, and user experience design.
• Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Experience conducting customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and architectural discussions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, instance management, governance, and platform optimization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-have skills

• Experience with Dell Boomi or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Exposure to ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Automation Engine.
• Knowledge of CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist). .
