Project Coordinator (agile Delivery Coordinator / Scrum Master)

Location: India, work remotely — Global MNC Engagement: Contract or a direct FTE hireWorking hours: IST business hours with an early start (7:00–8:00 AM IST)About the projectWe're building out a cloud data platform for our global MNC client, ingesting data from multiple source systems — including a large, complex enterprise-scale source system (comparable in scale to major ERP platforms) plus several other existing systems and flat files — into a Unified Data Model (UDM) on Azure. The platform is built on Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Dedicated SQL Pool, in a hub-and-spoke architecture, feeding purpose-built data marts for different business functions. This isn't a from-scratch build — a substantial part of the framework, architecture, and pipeline patterns already exists for reference. So the team will extend that existing foundation using established patterns rather than start from zero.In short: source-system ingestion → UDM/data layers → business-specific data marts, primarily using Azure Data Factory + Azure Dedicated Pool.About the roleYou'll be the person keeping this programme's day-to-day delivery rhythm running smoothly — standups, sprint ceremonies, Jira hygiene, and status reporting across 2–3 parallel workstreams — while the technical team focuses on building.Key ResponsibilitiesRun daily stand-upsCoordinate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesManage Jira tickets, boards, and sprint statusFollow up with engineers on ticket updatesPrepare sprint/status reports and presentationsTrack actions, blockers, and dependenciesCoordinate across 2–3 parallel projectsSupport the Delivery Lead and Project ManagersKeep client-facing project updates organised and currentWhat we're looking for2–4 years of experience in an Agile delivery / Scrum Master / project coordination roleStrong hands-on Jira administration (boards, workflows, reporting)Comfortable running Agile ceremonies independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication — you'll prepare updates that go in front of the clientExperience juggling multiple concurrent projects/workstreamsStrong follow-up discipline — chasing updates without needing to be chased yourselfNice to haveCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certificationExperience coordinating on data/cloud engineering programmes specificallyExperience with Confluence or similar reporting toolsAlso known as / other titles you may see candidates search under: Agile Delivery Coordinator, Scrum Master, Agile CoordinatorCompensation: Competitive & market-aligned — to be discussed during the process.
