Development

Build and enhance SecOps applications.

Configure SIR and VR modules.

Develop custom workflows and automation.

Create reusable components and integrations.

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SecOps implementations.

Define solution architecture and technical standards.

Review design documents and development deliverables.

Drive best practices and governance.

Security Incident Response (SIR)

Design security incident lifecycles.

Configure triage| investigation| containment| eradication| and closure workflows.

Implement Security Playbooks and automation.

Vulnerability Response (VR)

Configure vulnerability ingestion and risk scoring and prioritization models.

Lead remediation lifecycle and exception management.

Integrations

Integrate ServiceNow with: Qualys TenableRapid7Crowd StrikeMicrosoft Defender SplunkQRadarThreat Intelligence Platforms

Design REST/SOAP MID Server architecture.

Team Leadership

Lead development teams.

Conduct code reviews.

Mentor developers.

Provide technical consultation during delivery. .
