Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions across relevant modules.
• Lead solution architecture, technical design, platform customization, and integrations.
• Configure workflows, business rules, scripting, automation, and application services.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive platform optimization, governance, security, performance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to deliver successful implementations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in the relevant ServiceNow module or specialization.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and platform automation, as applicable to the role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred, depending on the position.
