Responsibilities

Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Portal.

Experience with CMDB design, data modeling, and discovery.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - mandatory.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules - preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - highly desirable.

Soft Skills

Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Proven track record of leading large ServiceNow transformations.

Education

Any Graduate in Any Specialization
