Servicenow Lead

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Lead to join our team, with a strong background in IT services and experience working with the ServiceNow platform. Roles and Responsibility

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow implementation.
• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow tools.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience working with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and ITAM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or HTML is an added advantage.
