• ServiceNow ITSM & ITIL
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, workflows, and ITIL process implementations.
• Lead solution design, configuration, customization, and implementation of ITSM processes.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
• Low-Code Development & Custom Applications
• Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Workspace.
• Design and develop scalable custom applications and automated workflows.
• Configure platform capabilities to meet business requirements.
• Enterprise Integrations
• Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and JDBC.
• Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers and enterprise connectivity.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient integration across enterprise systems.
• Scripting & Web Technologies
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Strong experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Experience developing and customizing Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Platform Health & Optimization
• Experience with performance tuning and platform optimization.
• Knowledge of upgrade planning, Instance Scan, and HealthScan best practices.
• Identify and resolve platform issues while maintaining system stability and scalability.

Candidate Requirements

• 10–14 years of overall IT experience.
• Approximately 8 years of dedicated ServiceNow development and solution architecture experience.
• Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and solution-design capabilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Airoli, Mumbai.
• Flexibility to support US-hour overlap as required.
