Job Description
Payroll Mode –Permanent
Location – Pune and Bangalore
Ready to relocate within India
- 4-6 years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM Modules
- Hands on experience on various IT Services modules of ServiceNow viz. Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalogue Requests, Service Portal, Configuration Management, Release, ServiceNow Administration, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Gauges, Integration with Web Services.
- Must Have - High proficiency in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items,
- Must Have -Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts, Angular JS.
- Must Have -Scripting and integration knowledge
- Must Have -Strong experience in ServiceNow Dev instance establishment and migration of update sets to Test and Prod
- Implementation Specialist Trainings accreditation and certifications is desirable in at least one of the following:
- CIS – ITSM Implementation
- Must Have -Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.
- Must Have - Good understanding and hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery and Event Management Concepts and their integrations with ITSM modules
- Handson experience on implementing ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools
- Must Have - Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow
Job Responsibilities
- Expert knowledge with ServiceNow Asset Management module, Scan delivery of IT asset into the Asset Inventory Database and Demonstrate knowledge to integrate MS SCCM tool with ServiceNow
- Establish the process to ensure that assets under the control of the IT organization are identified, controlled and properly cared for throughout their lifecycle and Track change activities of assets due to installations, movements, transfers, and removals
- Expert knowledge with ServiceNow ITSM module and knowledge in developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items
