Job Position: ServiceNow Developer – Customer App Developer

Work Location: PAN.

Experience: 5+ to 10+ Years

Key Skills

  • ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) / Custom App Development
  • Application design, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules
  • Integration with external systems (REST/SOAP, LDAP, etc.)
  • Reporting, dashboards, and notifications

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customer-facing applications on ServiceNow
  • Implement workflows, UI/UX, and automation as per requirements
  • Integrate applications with third-party systems
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer applications
