Role Overview

The Senior Service Now Developer (TSM & OMT) is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting telecom-specific solutions on the Service Now platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in Service Now, strong domain knowledge of telecommunications workflows, and leadership in guiding end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

Configure and customize Service Now TSM , OMT , CPQ modules.

Build telecom order flows, product catalogs, and service models.

Develop workflows, client/server scripts, and integrations (REST/SOAP).

Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with Service Now best practices.

Implementation & Delivery

Lead full lifecycle implementations of TSM & OMT.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Collaboration & Leadership

Partner with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Mentor junior developers and guide agile sprint delivery.

Document technical designs and maintain system configurations. .
