Job Description & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions including Case Management, Agent Workspace, and Omnichannel integrations. Configure workflows, SLAs, integrations, and automation while ensuring performance, security, and ITIL alignment.

Required Candidate profile

4–8 years of ServiceNow development experience with strong CSM module expertise. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, workflows, integrations, and ITSM processes. Good stakeholder communication skills
