• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations management principles and event correlation techniques.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow ITOM with other IT service management tools and platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within event management workflows.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment to optimize event handling processes.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
