Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development background.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, and Procurement workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Glide APIs.
• Strong experience in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Good understanding of hardware asset lifecycle, stockroom management, inventory audits, model normalization, and compliance tracking.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with tools like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work with architects, business analysts, process owners, and client stakeholders.
