Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Work on Machine Learning (ML) models and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for ServiceNow AI features.
  • Integration & Scripting:
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party AI/ML solutions and enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:
  • Optimize platform performance and resolve issues in AI-driven processes.
