💼 About the Role

As a Data Science & AI Trainer, you will be more than a classroom trainer. You will contribute to live training, curriculum development, learner mentoring, assessments, projects, and recorded learning.

Your immediate teaching focus will be data analytics & generative AI, with opportunities to contribute to the wider Data & AI learning pathway.

Key Responsibilities

Live Training

• Deliver live online classes on data analytics & generative AI and other related topics.
• Conduct demonstrations, coding exercises, and case discussions
• Simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical learners
• Prepare session plans and maintain learner engagement

Curriculum & Learning Materials

• Create presentations, notes, notebooks and practice resources
• Convert complex concepts into structured, application-led lessons
• Develop trainer guides, datasets and revision materials
• Review content for accuracy, relevance and consistency

Projects & Assessments

• Design assignments, quizzes, tests and capstone projects
• Create project briefs, submission standards and evaluation rubrics
• Use realistic business problems and relevant datasets
• Evaluate learner submissions and provide actionable feedback

Learner Mentoring

• Conduct doubt-clearing and academic support sessions
• Track learner progress and identify areas requiring support
• Guide learners on GitHub projects, dashboards and case studies
• Help learners communicate their problem, approach and outcomes effectively

Content & Recorded Programmes

• Help develop practical accelerator programmes for learners
• Structure lessons, examples, slides and exercises
• Present and record educational content confidently on camera
• Review and refine content before publication

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone with a strong practical foundation across the modern Data & AI ecosystem.

Experience & Core Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, AI, technical training or curriculum development
• Experience delivering live classes, workshops or corporate training
• Strong practical command of Python, SQL and analytics tools
• Ability to create learning materials, assignments and technical projects
• Strong English communication and teaching skills
• Confidence working with varied learner profiles
• Comfortable presenting and recording educational content on camera
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Good to Have

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage

📍 Role Details

Position: Data Science & AI Trainer

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: ₹4–9 LPA (fixed) Plus Variables

Working Days From Office: Thursday to Monday

Work from home: Saturday & Sunday

Weekly Off: Tuesday & Wednesday

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
