Job Description
- ServiceNow developer certification is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience with Agile Development Methodology.
- 3-5 years of experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Project-based experience, preferably in ITSM, ITBM, CMDB and ITOM technology.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (Visio, Word and PowerPoint proficiency).
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural drivers
Job Responsibilities
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of related ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with the ServiceNow solutions and modules like ITSM, CSM, SOM, KM, CMDB
- Experience in Performing code reviews with other team members in a reviewer capacity.
- Experience creating systems integrations and process automations.
- Experience with the ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with a Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration approach.
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using Kafka, Yaml, JSON, REST, SOAP
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Workflow Designer, App Engine Studio, Assignment Rules, Service Catalog, and UI/AP development.
- 4+ years of experience with application integrations such as RESTful Web Services, File/Data transfers, etc.
