We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions, enhancing our IT service management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow instances and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure efficient implementation of ServiceNow modules.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Maintain system documentation and perform regular system audits to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, workflows, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Certifications in ServiceNow are a plus, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
