Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ServiceNow administration, support, and maintenance.
• Develop and configure core and custom ServiceNow applications.
• Build workflows, catalog items, and record producers to streamline processes.
• Develop system integrations, APIs, and process automation.
• Work with service owners and stakeholders to resolve complex platform issues.
• Configure and maintain forms, lists, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, and Flow Designer.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years of experience with CMDB, CMDB Workspace, Discovery, and integrations/APIs.
• Strong experience with Glide/Jelly scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and AJAX.
• Experience with Service Now ITSM., ATF, Platform Analytics, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration.
• Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, UI policies, forms, and lists.
• Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist for ITSM is an added advantage.
