Watbox AI (watbox.ai), a product of Inno Valley Works, builds AI agents that handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and SMS for businesses, working as a support agent, receptionist, or outbound sales caller. As our SEO/AEO Specialist, you'll grow organic traffic and demo bookings from Google and AI search.

What you'll do

• Grow organic traffic and demo bookings from Google and AI search tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
• Research keywords and plan B2B content, including use-case, industry, and comparison pages
• Optimize content so AI answer engines can find and cite Watbox (AEO)
• Manage technical SEO, schema markup, and site health
• Build backlinks and listings on review sites such as G2 and Capterra
• Track and report rankings, traffic, and leads from organic

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with clear examples of traffic or rankings you grew
• Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one of Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of technical SEO and schema markup
• Genuine interest in AEO / GEO, with a point of view on how AI search is changing SEO. We'll ask about this in the interview
• Good written English, enough to write and edit content yourself when needed
• Comfort working independently in an early-stage team, where you'll set your own priorities
