We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist who understands both traditional SEO and the evolving landscape of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). This role focuses on hands-on execution, content optimisation, and supporting AI-driven search visibility across multiple client accounts. Key Responsibilities Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies under senior team guidance Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis Optimize content for search features such as Featured Snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), voice search, and AI-driven results Support GEO and AEO initiatives, including AI visibility improvements and structured content optimisation. Implement schema markup and structured data where required Perform technical checks including indexing, crawl issues, and site health monitoring Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SE Ranking Prepare monthly performance reports and assist in client deliverables Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve SEO execution Success Outcomes Growth in organic traffic and keyword visibility Improved AI search visibility and content performance Contribution to organic lead generation and campaign success Consistent execution of SEO tasks aligned with strategy Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred) Solid understanding of on-page SEO, technical basics, and link-building fundamentals Knowledge of semantic SEO, search intent, and entity-based optimization Familiarity with GEO and AEO concepts is a plus Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms, or WordPress Robust analytical mindset with reporting skills Valuable communication and client management skills
