JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: SEO Manager / SEO Team LeadLocation: ThaneExperience: Minimum 4 YearsSalary: Up to 7 LPAJob Mode: In officeJOB SUMMARYWe are seeking an experienced SEO Manager / SEO Team Lead to develop and implement effective SEO strategies, manage SEO performance, and lead a team of SEO professionals. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, website performance, technical SEO, and content optimization while collaborating with content, design, and development teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals.- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, ensuring effective execution of SEO initiatives.- Analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website health and search visibility.- Manage and ensure proper integration of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.- Optimize website content, keywords, metadata, and other on-page elements for search performance.- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.- Monitor search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, tools, and industry best practices.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with team-handling experience.- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.- Strong knowledge of SEO tools, website analytics, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.- Ability to analyze SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies.- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team-management skills.Pay: ₹10,717.77 - ₹39,952.20 per monthWork Location: In person
