JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager / SEO Team Lead to develop and implement effective SEO strategies, manage SEO performance, and lead a team of SEO professionals. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, website performance, technical SEO, and content optimization while collaborating with content, design, and development teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, ensuring effective execution of SEO initiatives.
• Analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website health and search visibility.
• Manage and ensure proper integration of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Optimize website content, keywords, metadata, and other on-page elements for search performance.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, tools, and industry best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Mass Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with team-handling experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools, website analytics, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis.
• Ability to analyze SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team-management skills.
