Job Overview

Rayds Services Limited is looking for a motivated SEO Intern to support our organic growth and lead-generation activities. The candidate will work on improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and generating qualified leads through SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research for high-intent and business-related keywords.
• Identify keywords and search opportunities that can generate qualified leads.
• Perform on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, headings, content, URLs, and internal linking.
• Optimize website pages and landing pages for search engines and users.
• Research and analyze competitors' SEO strategies.
• Identify new content and blog opportunities.
• Optimize existing blogs and website content.
• Perform off-page SEO and relevant link-building activities.
• Identify quality backlink and guest-posting opportunities.
• Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic.
• Analyze Google Search Console and Google Analytics data.
• Identify basic technical SEO issues such as broken links, indexing issues, sitemap issues, and crawl problems.
• Track organic enquiries and leads generated from SEO.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports.
• Continuously research new opportunities to improve organic traffic and lead generation.

Key Focus

SEO Rankings → Organic Traffic → Qualified Enquiries → Organic Leads

The candidate should focus not only on improving rankings but also on generating

relevant business leads through organic search.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts.
• Knowledge of keyword research and search intent.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Good written communication skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and work on live SEO projects.
• Freshers are welcome.
