Senior Windows Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Systems Administrator to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting Windows environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. As a Senior Windows Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows servers and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows systems and applications.
• Utilize tools such as WinDbg and ProcDump for debugging and performance analysis.
• Implement and manage Remote Desktop Services (RDS) to support user access and application delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in Windows administration.
• Provide escalation support for Windows-related incidents and service requests.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and support.
• Proficiency in using WinDbg and ProcDump for troubleshooting.
• Experience with Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with AZ-800 and VCP-DCV certifications is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
